Kelby Zorgdrager, President
Kelby Zorgdrager is the President and Founder of DevelopIntelligence. Kelby has
spent nearly 15 years in the software development industry holding roles from
software engineer to Chief Technology Officer. During the dot-com years, Kelby spent
time at Sun Microsystems initially as a Java Instructor and Evangelist eventually transitioning
to a software engineer working on a Jini-based infrastructure product. Over the past four years,
Kelby has been focusing on creating productivity within software development organizations through
the delivery of training and consulting services. Kelby has been a guest speaker at software development
conferences like Colorado Software Summit, Java One, Java University, and COMDEX.

Mike Olson
Mike has been an integral developer in Java and Python for more than 15 years, with a specialty in XML solutions for enterprise knowledge applications. Mike is a regular contributor to OpenSourceTutorials.com, and has facilitated a number of workshops and training sessions related to Java Web Development.
Simon Roberts
Simon has acquired 12 years experience as a software engineer in scientific and control systems fields, writing a variety of languages. From 1995 to 2004, Simon worked as an instructor and course developer with the education group of Sun Microsystems, as a team lead on Java certification project. Simon also developed and taught courses on many aspects of Java, including Jini, Architecture, and JVM internals.
Matt Rutherford
Since 1996, Matt has honed his technology skills as a CTO, Chief Engineer and Sr. Software Engineer for a variety of companies. As a specialist in J2EE, PHP, Python, Linux XML, XSL, Matt has mentored developers in implementing a variety of data processing and online applications, as well as published leading articles on Distributed Systems.
Rich Remington
For the past 17 years, Rich has focused on developing with and training on Java and other OO technologies. Rich initially honed his instruction skills as an adjunct professor with the University of Denver. Rich's strong background in both training and development allows him to deliver developer training with the personal hands-on insight that developers crave.
Kamren Zorgdrager
Kamren is a software technologist focusing his skills on client-side usability and has been working in and around the web since the formulation of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Kamren has a passion for web standards and code reusability.
