Last year, thanks to the input from nearly 400 developers who took our survey, we were able to learn a great deal about what developers need from learning programs, and what technical learning trends are taking shape in the industry. Our second annual Developer Learning Survey will open in early 2015, and we can’t wait to see how things have changed (or stayed the same) since our last survey.
In addition to our survey of developers, we are adding our first-ever IT Learning & Development Professional Survey. We want you and your L&D colleagues to share how you manage learning programs for technical teams, the challenges you face, and the trends you see on the horizon. We hope to use this information to create a more complete picture of the industry, allowing us to better understand your needs and how we can support you in your role.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. We appreciate your willingness to take the time to participate; once you complete the survey, you’ll automatically be entered into a drawing for a one-year Safari Books Online subscription, a $399 value. We're giving away 10 subscriptions, to say “Thanks”! (Winners will be notified on February 2, 2015.) As always, your responses and contact information are kept confidential, and never shared or sold.
Please feel free to share the link with your fellow L&D professionals. Thanks for participating in the survey, and good luck in the drawing!
*Update – our survey has been extended through April. The drawing for the Safari winners will take place on May 1, 2015.
