Nearly all of the courses listed in our course catalog can be delivered on-site or on-line. Regardless of where the course is delivered, you and your team will experience a personally relevant learning program customized, just-for-you, your backgrounds, the project you're working on, and of course your productivity needs (aka.. the project schedule).
On-site Learning | We'll Come To You.
When you are faced with training a whole team of people, it no longer makes sense to "go offsite" for a class. It's more cost effective to bring the class "onsite".
But, saving money is only one of the benefits. By bringing the class onsite you'll still have access to your team. Just in case the production server goes down or the build breaks. And, they can eat dinner with their family.
Minimal Requirements.
We could be really fussy about the "best teaching" environment. But, there's no point in that. If you have a classroom or a large conference room (with a whiteboard or flip-charts), desks, chairs, and computers for each student, that's all we need to deliver one of our personally relevant learning solutions.
We Love Small Teams.
We love working with small teams! If you have 3 people, we can come onsite typically for less than what it would cost to send them offsite.
On-Line Learning | Live Virtual Classrooms.
You have staff in Denver, San Francisco, Omaha, and Kalamazoo. They all need training. What do you do?
Training a distributed team just became budget-friendly.
Instead of "flying them in" for the class, to learn the same stuff, at the same time, by the same instructor. They can learn the same in our state-of-the-art live-virtual-classroom.
And just to clear up any confusion, our on-line courses are not self-paced. They are taught live, in the same collaborative manner you would find in a traditional classroom.
Video Podcasts
We know its really VODCast, but that just sounds so weird. Every class delivered in our live-virtual-classroom environment is recorded and converted into a video podcast you can access, download, and review on your iPod, iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
Of course, watching 40 hours of video on an iPhone could be a bit unbearable. So, we edit the recordings into manageable topical segements.
