Course Summary

The Working with JIRA training course is designed for teams that use either a Scrum- or Kanban-style workflow to switch to Jira. The course covers the basic concepts of the software and gives students hands-on experience with permissions, issue creation/editing, audit logs, and workflows. It also moves into JIRA Portfolio and JIRA Service Desk.
