    • Practice score and evaluate team members based on three scenarios
  • Understanding an Awareness Model
    • Define awareness, what it is and, what it is not
    • Review an awareness model overview
    • Explore components of the awareness model with definitions (conscious, delighter, inquirer, and self-examiner)
    • Identify team members awareness type based on scenarios
  • Improving Interpersonal Skills in the Workplace
    • Summarize what has been learned so far
    • Discuss benefits to improve interpersonal skills in the workplace (self, team, and company)
    • Review six tactics, techniques, and examples to improve
