Course Summary

The Quality and Risk Management training course teaches students how to manage project risk and project quality. Students will review how the two are related and explore various risk strategies. As a result, students will demonstrate how to facilitate a risk assessment in order to respond to unforeseen issues.

The course begins with students reviewing quality management concepts and the cost of quality to a company's bottom line. Students will then create a quality management plan while learning about the two levels of risk. Next, students will learn about risk response strategies. The course concludes with learning how to facilitate a risk assessment.
