The Exceptional Project Manager course is a highly interactive workshop that reviews project management fundamentals and how to improve scheduling and estimation techniques when managing projects. The course begins with students reviewing what project management is and its requirements and processes. Students will learn the improtance of building trusting relationships and communicating effectively.
Throughout the course, students will learn to create a project scope, charter, and plan. They will learn about schedule estimation and creation techniques, as well as techniques (and risks) to compressing the schedule.
