The Foundational Scrum training course is designed to demonstrate the basics of Scrum through group learning and simulation exercises.

Next, it continues with a deep dive into the Scrum roles and then a look at leveraging the Five Levels of Agile Planning. The course concludes with Agile estimation and sprinting including demos and retrospectives.
