Course Summary

The Leading the Agile Enterprise with the Scaled Agile Framework™ training course is designed to demonstrate the techniques and best practices to effectively lead an enterprise Agile transformation, through the use of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

The course begins with an introduction to SAFe, Lean Thinking and Agile Development. Next, the course dives into SAFe Scrum/XP, Agile Release Train and Agile Portfolio management. The course concludes with a review of Agile Architecture and Scaling Leadership.

If you are seeking the Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA) certification, this course is a requirement. To attain the SA Certification, attendees require:

** Over 5 years of experience in software development, business analysis, or project management.

** Experience in Scrum

** Pass the SA Exam (retakes are $50 and can be taken 90 days or more after the previous exam).
