For nearly two decades, household brands have relied on DevelopIntelligence for their strategic learning needs.
In 2003, serial entrepreneur and tech guru Kelby Zorgdrager was in the thick of the tech scene working as an engineer and struggling to stay abreast of the latest technologies and apply them to the problems he was solving at work. Kelby realized his struggles with ongoing education weren’t unique. Technical training was fundamentally broken. He and his fellow technologists were dependent on continuous learning to be successful, but the only training available was cookie-cutter information delivered by educators who hadn’t written code in decades. There had to be a better way.
DevelopIntelligence then emerged as a pioneer in delivering custom learning experiences focused on software development, open source technologies, and technology leadership development. Finally, there was a learning solution for technologists, by technologists.

Kelby is still the CEO. He consistently draws on his 20 years of experience in the technical learning and development industry as well as an insatiable curiosity about the ever changing world of technology to offer our global clients expert guidance and fresh, data-driven solutions for effective learning.
