How does your role help transform lives?
By empowering teams, we build new cultures via employees becoming loyal to their employer and thus more productive. By enhancing skills with meaningful hands on learning, employees will achieve more and advance through the ranks quicker thus becoming leaders in their field. My goal is to make my client's life easier and have them prove that our programs drive employee efficiency and overall satisfaction on the job.
Which core value do you relate to the most, and why?
The core value I most identify with is "Running towards the snake". I have worked for a variety of corporate technical education companies and many are too focused on getting the transactional deals as a normal vendor would. We assess the companies business needs and build out custom programs to address what the client is actually trying to solve as opposed to bandaging a wound or checking a box. Our programs are large scale for companies serious about doing what's necessary to compete on the technology playing field.

What's one fun fact you want to share?
A fun fact about me is that I previously lived for four years on the largest continuous ranch in North America functioning as a fly fishing and elk hunting guide. I worked for Ted Turner and wouldn't change anything even if I could.
