Course Summary
The Effective Communication and Email Etiquette training course will examine real-life situations to improve communication. Ninety percent of a person’s time is spent communicating. Students will learn and apply effective communication skills. As a result, this will help build relationships with fellow employees and customers. Effective Communication will help maintain and increase professionalism, productivity, and customer service.
The course begins with students learning about the communication model and how to identify influencing factors. Next, students will learn about different communication styles. This includes nonverbal communication. Students will practice real scenarios they are struggling with. The course concludes with email etiquette and how to prevent miscommunication.
