The Decision Process Workshop training course is designed to help foster a smooth change process with a team or organization after significant decisions have been made.
The course begins with decision-makers and leaders being teamed with key personnel who are required to make adjustments in the way they work and operate. Next, the course focuses on foundational communication skills training. The leaders then brief the decisions and background of the decisions and what they are expecting of key personnel based on the changes. The course concludes with all participants working toward understanding the decisions and then working on real application adjustments as required.
