The Foundational Scrum training course is designed to demonstrate the basics of Scrum through group learning and simulation exercises.
The course begins with the foundations of Agile Thinking and an understanding of the Scrum Framework. Next, it continues with a deep dive into the Scrum roles and then a look at leveraging the Five Levels of Agile Planning. The course concludes with Agile estimation and sprinting including demos and retrospectives.
